About Personal Trainer Claudia:
Claudia Booker, B.S.
CPT lost her father to heart attack when she was nine, causing her emotional
problems that brought on anorexia and other eating disorders. At one point as a
teenager she weighted 80 pounds. She now looks about as healthy as you can get,
but there is no doubt she can empathize with your needs, whatever they may be.
Her original goal was to help people with the same kind of eating problems from
which she had suffered, but she ended up enjoying exercise so much that her
interests turned to personal training. And as a personal trainer, Claudia's goal
for all of her clients is always going to be an overall healthy lifestyle - a
healthy diet, exercise, and a healthy emotional outlook.
To help you get to that healthy lifestyle in the sky, Claudia brings both a
Bachelor of Science Degree from Penn State with a major in corporate health and
a minor in exercise physiology, and 16 years of experience as a personal trainer
and manager of health clubs and corporate fitness facilities.
