About Personal Trainer Garrick Bell:

I grew up an active kid in southeast Texas. Eight years in the Marine Corps eventually brought me to Maryland, which I have called home since 1995. In my spare time I coach and play ice hockey (which is a passion I am lucky enough to share with my son) and rock climb.

My basic philosophy on training is the improvement of functional strength and quality of life in conjunction with the specific fitness goals of a client. I use a proven, systematic approach that promotes a foundation of muscular stability and long-term injury prevention.
