Personal Trainer Annie:
I have seven years
experience and hold current Personal Trainer Certification through American
Council on Exercise, as well as CPR/AED certification through American Red
Cross. I have worked in Maryland and Pennsylvania in both corporate and
private personal training since 2001. I am dedicated to motivating my
clientele to embrace a fitness-centered lifestyle. I believe everyone has the
right to be and feel the best that they can. I provide program design to
incorporate strength, balance, conditioning and coordination. I can address a
variety of fitness needs and goals and will establish a realistic fitness plan
for the client to adhere to.
Whether a client is
rehabilitating from an illness or injury, or new to exercise, I will provide
the skill, expertise and motivation they need to achieve their fitness goals!
