Kyle E. Parker

Kyle majored in health sciences and biology with concentrations in health studies and pre-medicine at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia.  Along with his passion for fitness, he studied nutrition as an undergraduate and is particularly interested in cooking and the significance of incorporating a healthy diet into fitness programs.  With past experience in football, basketball, baseball, Crossfit, power lifting, competitive bodybuilding, and body weight calisthenics, Kyle has a great deal of experience in all different types of training.  Currently, he prepares to apply to medical school and continues to experiment with different training methods in his free time.

His philosophy on incorporating fitness into your daily schedule is focused on improvement in all dimensions of health - physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, intellectual, etc.  Most importantly, he believes fitness tests the human spirit and our ability to overcome obstacles - not just in the gym, but in life!
