Re: two types of fitness people

In my 9 years of guiding men and women to achieve their
health and fitness goals I've come to the realization
that there are two types of exercise and fitness
people:

1. Those who think exercise and fitness just deals with
the body.

2. Those who think exercise and fitness includes the
whole person - muscles, mind and soul.

I've always felt that those who think exercise and
fitness is only for the muscles, joints and organs were
missing out on a huge component to success!

Although exercise and fitness serves a GREAT purpose
physically, it has much more of a mental benefit.

It's time to start thinking about your exercise and
fitness habits and the path you're taking.

It's time to focus on your reality and how it's
affecting you and those around you.

Exercise and fitness is about positive change, both
physical and mental.

You first starting making positive changes inside;
you've got to change the way you see yourself and then
the outside physical changes will soon follow.

If you find yourself wandering aimlessly through your
health and fitness "program" without mental focus,
you're progress will be very slow even though you're
moving your body.

But, if you see exercise and fitness as a time to focus
on your thoughts, bodily motions and envision how you
want to look and feel as you exercise - then  you will
soon realize the true power of the results you can
achieve.

So, make up your mind to exercise and fitness  - set up
a powerful mental image in your mind - take a deep
breath to absorb MORE life - then get up and do
something with purpose and intent.

Those who follow my exercise and fitness system - know
they are getting a TOTAL workout in more ways than one.

The program doesn't just get you fit, help reduce
excess weight, increase strength, stamina and
flexibility.

It also changes your mental outlook and how you view
yourself. It makes you a more positive and confident
person; someone who sees the positive in him or herself
and others; someone who stretches his or her mind
"outside the box" to create true power.

If you're ready to harness your TRUE power and reach
your true potential, then request a complimentary
fitness consultation with me to discuss a plan of
action to accomplish your goals.

Re: Risky

I defy you to look at the track record of anyone who
has successfully transformed his or her physique and
not find at least one instance when he or she made a
decision to do something others said is 'too risky.'

There comes a time in your life when you just have to
go 'all-in' - as they say in Texas Hold'em.

Everybody arrives at that time at some point, but few
are willing to put themselves on the line and really go
for what they want.

The people who do, tend to be the ones with the biggest
stack of chips.

There's always risks and gambles in life.  No getting
around that if you want to be a winner.

But most folks are just plain risk averse.

And because of that, they've been misled and lied to so
many times, they don't know who to trust anymore and
are commonly frustrated with lack of true and lasting
body transformation results.

If you don't have the guts to push all your chips in
when you've read the table, sized up your opponents,
assessed the risk and know the odds are in your
favor...chances are real good you won't ever win big.

Those who have transformed their physiques not only
accept risk as part of the game...

They embrace it.

That's not to say it doesn't make them uncomfortable
sometimes, but they're good at managing and mitigating
risk.

They're good at sizing things up and making the big
decision in the big moment. And more times than not,
they come out on top.

Because you'll never achieve the body of your dreams
without some element of risk.

Risk is a mainstay, an ever-present companion of the
real body transformation success story.

And smart risk assessment and acceptance... and action
is the hallmark of all successful fitness enthusiasts.

I talk to so many individuals who say they want big
rewards, big fat loss results, big strength and tone.
But they're just not willing to take the risks
necessary to grab what they say they want.

That, in a word, is incongruent.

And incongruence steals life from you.

In order to be successful and achieve the body of your
dreams you must live your life in-line with your
values.

You must embrace your own personal power. That power
comes directly from your BELIEF in what you are capable
of achieving. And that belief ultimately makes you
fearless.

If you want to achieve BIG results, you have to be
fearless and willing to lay it on the line.

I'm talking about risking that your ego may get
bruised. Risking failure.

For most people, their fear of failure manifests itself
in the way they stick to what they are comfortable with
and what they've always done.

And because of that, they live a life of quiet
desperation forever languishing in the gray twilight of
mediocrity.

Fortune, my friend, favors the BOLD.

So believe in yourself and charge ahead, regardless of
your previous experiences.

Eric, Do you have the right tools?

From:  Hut Allred, New Wave Fitness, Inc.

To:  Eric,

Re:  Do you have the right tools?

Have you ever tried to make an omelet without a frying
pan? Have you ever tried to open a can without a can
opener? Have you ever tried to ice skate without ice
skates?

Well, whether you believe it or not, if you don't have
the right tools for your nutrition and exercise
program, sticking to it is not always the easiest thing
to do.

I've heard many people say, "I know how to diet
and exercise, I can do it all by myself."

Well that might be true, but how many people do
you know that start a fitness program only to let it
fall by the wayside?

You might start out really motivated, gung ho all
the way, only to have something unexpected come
up that keeps you from exercising that day.

You tell  yourself that you'll exercise tomorrow and
then something else comes up. Before you know it a
month has gone by and your commitment to sticking to
your fitness program has gone right out the window.

If you've tried everything and nothing seems to be
working, maybe it's time you asked yourself if you
have the right tools.

Having the right tools can make all the difference
in the world.

Why not give my Body Transformation System a try?

My company will work with you and give you the proper
tools that you need in order to make your fitness
program a success.

Whether you're looking to lose weight, get in shape, or
both, we can make it happen for you.

Hello Eric,

Every month we are honored to recognize a client
who has made the transition to a much healthier
and fit lifestyle.

This month I wanted to recognize Marcus Watson.

Marcus had struggled with the war of weight loss
and seemed to be losing, but he's not a quitter.
After thorough research, he chose major weight
loss surgery and the New Wave Fitness Ultimate
Program as his plan of action.

His surgery was a success. Consequently he lost
100's of lbs, but he faced his toughest task: He
had to make a permanent life style change.

Because he had the courage and right program to
make this permanent change, he has beaten the war
against obesity.
