Trainer Derek
Hi....my name is Derek Favreau, and I believe at the core of every person is
the desire to become better today than they were yesterday. From my observation,
this notion often holds true across personal and professional lines in life.
Through my 15-plus years of experience as a fitness trainer and sport
performance coach, I have developed a systematic and personalized approach to
training program design and its application. Now, as the owner and operator of
DNA Mobile Fitness, I exclusively work to bring this unique approach directly to
all clients under my training care. In doing so, I strive to efficiently guide
people not only to safely improve personal fitness, but to obtain results that
improve overall performance and achieve specific goals (both on/off the field
and in everyday life).
Some of my highlights as a fitness professional include strength and
conditioning training for Baltimore area high school and collegiate athletes, as
well as private fitness training for several prominent community figures.
However, I am often most proud of making a difference in the everyday lives of
my clients with tangible long-term goals. For example, in the past I have teamed
up with clients to achieve significant weight loss goals in preparation for
special life events (i.e. weddings, reunions etc). In other cases, I have worked
with individuals to overcome a variety of injuries (and even disabilities at
times) to achieve increased physical functionality and ultimately a better
