The question is how do you make a full body workout when you only have a barbell and some dumbbells. Actually, in my opinion this is all you really need to get a good full body workout.

For your quadriceps you can easily do barbell squats dumbbell squats walking lunges stationary lunges Etc. For your chest you could obviously do barbell bench press dumbbell bench press dumbbell flyes push ups Etc. For your biceps you could do barbell curls standing alternate dumbbell curls seated concentration curls

Forr triceps you could do close-grip bench press dips close-grip push-ups dumbbell tricep extensions. For your back you can do barbell rows one arm dumbbell rows and deadlifts. For your shoulders you could do barbell military press dumbbell front raise dumbbell side laterals Etc
